VVDI Prog Main Feature:
Operation options
File : Load data file
Buffer : Support copy, paste, search, fill function
Device : Support chip read, write, erase operation
Window : Compare two data files
Setting : Read& Verify, Write& Verify, Erase& Check Blank configuration
Language : Change the language, current support English, Chinese, Polish, Arabic, Czech, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish(You can change the language you want.)
1.2. General options: Provide General function buttons, simple and easy for operation, include: new, open, save, read, write, verify, check blank, erase, calculator & upgrade
1.3. Read range: Parts of chips include several data areas, for example EEPROM, FLASH and etc. click on the button select read range
1.4. Data display: Display the read data or load data, include hex and ASCII format
1.5. Power configuration: Display the status of power ( VCC, VPP, 12V), support change the voltage of VCC and VPP (The default voltage usually not need to change)
1.6. Special function options Provide chips special function, for example parts of chips have read chip ID, set security, reset security etc .
1.7. Chip option Select right option according to type, brand and chip
1.8. Option Information: Display parameter information of current option
1.9. Connection diagram button: Click on button, get the connection diagram of current chip
1.10. adapter Type:Display needed adapter of current option
1.11. Operation Information:Display operation information and saved in " log.bin" file
PCF79XX Adapter for VVDI Prog Programmer
1. Supported Chip Models:
PCF7922 PCF7941 PCF7945 PCF7952 PCF7953 PCF7961
2. Two Optional Ways to Read Write PCF79XX Chip
(1) Remove the chip and put it in the IC socket, select option “ PCF79XX chip” shown as follows.
Note: If PCF79XX adapter option can' t recognize chip due to the affection of circuit board, just remove chip and put it in IC socket, then use option “ PCF79XX chip” to operate.
3.VVDI Pro Options Description

(1) “ EEPROM” : data storage space, it can read & write in protected status.
(2) “ EROM” : program memory space (equal to other chip’ s FLASH space), it can read & write in unprotected status.
(3) “ Protected” : click “ Protected” to lock chip and unable to read out chip data.
(4) “ Unprotected” : click “ Unprotected” to unlock chip and able to read out chip data.
After unlock, the original data in the chip will be cleared.
5. PCF79XX Chip Function
(1) Currently PCF79XX chip support lock, unlock and read / write data.
(2) RENEW function will be added in the coming days, it will load corresponding data and directly renew key, the detailed specific car model data will be released.

2. High-speed USB communication interface enable the software automatically connect.
3. Smart operation mode: the possible causes of error will be listed

VVDI Prog Test on Different Computer Feedback:
did a few tests today and this is what I found out.
It seems that VVDI prog reading speed is dependent on the processor speed of the computer.
CAS3 0L15Y flash read times
Centrino processor @ 1.6ghz Windows XP = 12mins
Core2 Duo processort @ 2.5ghz Windows 7 32 bit = 5 mins
i7 @ 4.4ghz Windows 7 64 bit = 2mins 30 seconds.
Other programmers do not seem to be affected by processor speed at all.
I also would of thought this was a fairly easy question to answer without me doing all the testing
